Our commitment
WorkspaceWisePro wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to read our home office guides and reviews and use this website easily. We are committed to making workspacewisepro.com accessible and to improving it over time.
Standard we work toward
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our target. We follow this standard in the spirit of best practice under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). These guidelines describe how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
We have not yet completed a full manual accessibility audit. This website does not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA, and it has not been certified by any third party. Our work toward that goal is ongoing.
Measures we have taken
- Every page declares its language (English), so screen readers use the correct pronunciation.
- A “Skip to content” link lets keyboard and screen reader users bypass the navigation menu.
- Each page has a single main heading (H1) and uses headings to organize its sections.
- Images include alternative text attributes. Decorative images use empty alt text so screen readers skip them.
- Product comparisons are built as real HTML tables, not as pictures of tables.
- Main content is real text, not text inside images, and fonts are served from our own server.
- The layout is responsive and works with browser zoom and on mobile devices.
Accessibility toolbar (optional aid)
This site offers the UserWay accessibility toolbar. Visitors can use it to adjust things like text size, contrast and spacing. The toolbar is an optional aid only. It does not make the site accessible on its own, and we do not rely on it instead of fixing accessibility issues in the site itself.
Known limitations
We have found the following limitations and are working on them:
- No full manual audit yet. We have not completed keyboard-only, screen reader and color contrast testing across the site, so there may be issues we have not found yet.
- Links that open a new tab. Many “Check price” links open Amazon in a new browser tab without a visible or spoken warning.
- Third-party content. Amazon.com product pages, prices and images, as well as third-party widgets on our site such as the CookieYes cookie banner and the UserWay toolbar, are controlled by other companies. We cannot guarantee that they are accessible.
- Older articles. In some older articles, the alt text on images may not describe them well enough.
Feedback and contact
Your feedback helps us improve. If you have trouble accessing any content or feature on this site, or you want to report an accessibility problem, please contact us:
- Email: hello@workspacewisepro.com
Please include the page address (URL), a short description of the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If you need information from an inaccessible page, we will try to provide it in another format.
